Ganfeng Lithium Group (SHE:002460, HKG:1772) said three company executives, including Director Li Chenglin, will invest 30.8 million yuan into Shenzhen Yichu to boost financial strength and competitiveness.
The move will raise Shenzhen Yichu's registered capital to 632.1 million yuan from 601.3 million yuan, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the lithium miner were down less than 1% on the Shenzhen and Hong Kong bourses in recent trade.
