The facility is strategically located near extensive reserves of natural gypsum, allowing American Gypsum to better serve high-growth markets in the South and Sunbelt regions. The project will incorporate cutting-edge technology to enhance operational efficiencies and is expected to commence construction immediately, with completion targeted for the latter half of 2027.
