Jilin Province Chuncheng Heating Co. Ltd. held its annual general meeting on May 16, 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were approved, including the change of directors, election of members of the board committees, and the payment of the final dividend. Mr. Zhang Liming was elected as an executive Director, Mr. Shi Mingjun as a non-executive Director, and Ms. Du Jie and Mr. Chan Sing Fai as independent non-executive Directors. Mr. Qiu Jianhua was elected as an employee Director.
