Hopson Development (HKG:0754) recorded contracted sales of around 2.67 billion yuan in April, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The total figure for April comprises around 2.5 billion yuan and 166 million yuan of property and decoration contracted sales, respectively.

From January to April, contracted sales and gross floor area reached roughly a respective 4.74 billion yuan and 184,371 square meters.

Average selling price for the four months was approximately 23,900 yuan per square meter.

In the four months, property contracted sales stood at about 4.41 billion yuan, while decoration contracted sales came in at 338 million yuan.
