Jervois Global (ASX:JRV) has entered liquidation after the execution of a deed of company arrangement and the transfer of its key assets to New JRV Topco Holdings, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company's liquidation process will be overseen by appointed liquidators Gayle Dickerson, David Hardy, and Ian Sutherland, the filing said.

The liquidators will manage the winding-up of Jervois' remaining assets and will apply for the company to be delisted from the Australian Securities Exchange and any other stock exchanges where it is currently listed, the filing said.
