CosmoSteel (SGX:B9S) booked an attributable profit to equity holders in fiscal H1 of SG$2.3 million, against an attributable loss of SG$1.3 million a year earlier, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Thursday.

Earnings per share came in at SG$0.0087, versus a loss per share of SG$0.0051 in the comparable period.

Revenue surged 101% year over year to SG$71.5 million from SG$35.5 million, following the disposal of a property at 90 Second Lok Yang Road.
