CosmoSteel's (SGX:B9S) subsidiary, Kim Seng Huat Hardware, received approval from the Jurong Town Corp. to proceed with the sale of a property located at 90 Second Lok Yang Road, Singapore, to Tenda Equipment and Services.

In an earlier filing, Kim Seng Huat accepted a SG$9.0 million offer from Tenda Equipment. The property has been leased to Jurong Town and is being utilized as a warehouse.

The disposal is still subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions, apart from relevant approvals, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
