CMBC Capital (HKG:1141) unit CMBC Investment (HK) acquired $10 million of bonds for a little over the same amount in the over-the-counter market, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The bonds form part of a $300 million bond issue by Citigroup falling due May 7, 2031.
