Hyster-Yale hiked its dividend by 1 cent, to 36 cents a share.
The new payout, equal to $1.44 a year, represents an annual yield of about 3.4% based on Monday's closing price of $42.35.
The Cleveland-based forklift maker said Tuesday that the higher dividend will be paid June 13 to shareholders of record as of May 30.
