Quantum Computing (QUBT) said Tuesday it has officially opened its new quantum photonic chip foundry in Tempe, Arizona.
Construction of the new foundry was completed in March and was soon followed by ISO certification, Quantum Computing said.
The facility is intended to meet growing demand for thin-film lithium niobate photonic chips and accelerate the commercialization of its next-generation quantum machines, the company said.
Quantum Computing shares were down 2.4% in recent trading.
