OMS Energy Technologies (OMSE) stock fell 5.3% in recent Tuesday trading after the company priced its initial public offering of about 3.7 million ordinary shares on Nasdaq at $9 per share.
The stock opened at $8, lower than the IPO price.
The total base offering size is $33.3 million, assuming the underwriters don't exercise their 45-day option to buy up to 555,555 additional ordinary shares at the IPO price, the company said.
The offering is expected to close Wednesday.
