Soho House & Co. Inc. has published its 2024 ESG Report. The report highlights the expansion of the Soho Mentorship program to Stockholm, Barcelona, and Bangkok, now operating in 21 cities globally. Over 1,600 young people have been paired with mentors since 2018. The Inclusion Foundations training reached over 4,100 team members through more than 350 sessions. A decarbonization analysis was conducted, generating reduction pathways based on a 2023 baseline. Light bulbs have been replaced with LED across locations, and energy-efficient systems are being implemented. Sustainable design choices were made for a new location in São Paulo.
