Hertz Global Holdings (HTZ) reported a Q1 adjusted loss late Monday of $1.12 per diluted share, narrower than the loss of $1.28 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected an adjusted loss of $0.99.
Total revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $1.81 billion, down from $2.08 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected $2.00 billion.
Shares were down nearly 3% in recent after-hours activity.
