LVGEM (China) Real Estate Investment Company Limited has announced a change in its auditing arrangements. The company received a letter from Deloitte, its retiring auditor, confirming no circumstances related to its departure that need to be communicated to stakeholders. The Board of LVGEM has also confirmed no disagreements with Deloitte and no issues requiring notification to the Stock Exchange or security holders. The Board expressed gratitude to Deloitte for its professional services over the years. Additionally, LVGEM appointed Ms. Wong Ting Dan as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee.
