Mayfield Childcare (ASX:MFD) has denied a shareholder request for a general meeting to consider the proposal to remove Roseanne Healy as a director, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The notice for the meeting was sent by Darren Misquitta as the sole director and company secretary of Genius Education Holdings.
