Sangamo Therapeutics (SGMO) shares were down 38% in recent Tuesday premarket activity, a day after the company priced an underwritten offering of about 12.2 million of its common shares and pre-funded warrants, with expected gross proceeds of roughly $23 million.

3D Systems (DDD) stock fell more than 25% after the company overnight posted a wider Q1 non-GAAP loss and lower total revenue from a year earlier, and withdrew its full-year 2025 guidance.

UnitedHealth Group (UNH) shares dropped 10% after the health care company said it appointed Stephen Hemsley as chief executive, succeeding Andrew Witty, who has decided to step down as CEO for personal reasons. The company also suspended its full-year 2025 outlook.

Honda Motor (HMC) stock retreated 4% after the Japanese automotive manufacturer posted lower fiscal Q4 operating profit and revenue.

Enphase Energy (ENPH) shares slipped over 5% after BMO Capital downgraded it to underperform from market perform and lowered its price target to $39 from $46, while BNP Paribas also downgraded it to underperform from neutral with a $40 price target.
