The Shyft Group, Inc., a leading North American manufacturer in the specialty vehicle market, has announced a special meeting for its shareholders to consider and vote on a proposed merger with Aebi Schmidt Holdings, AG. The meeting is scheduled for June 17, 2025, with shareholders of record as of May 13, 2025, eligible to participate. This follows a previously announced merger agreement where an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Aebi Schmidt would merge with and into Shyft.
