Sunny Optical Technology (Group) (HKG:2382) recorded a 1.3% rise in the shipment volume of its handset lens sets to 103 million units in April from a year prior, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shipments of handset camera modules slipped 14% year over year to 39.2 million units.

Vehicle lens set shipments jumped 29% on year during the reporting month to 11.6 million units, mainly due to a higher customer demand.
