Titan Company (NSE:TITAN, BOM:500114) said Suparna Mitra, chief executive officer of the company's watches and wearables division, has tendered her resignation, citing personal reasons.
Mitra's resignation will take effect on Aug. 12, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
