Guan Manyu has resigned as CR Construction Group's (HKG:1582) executive director and chairman effective Monday as he has insufficient time to perform current duties, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Guan has also stepped down as a director of CR Construction Company, a unit of the builder.

The firm named Zhang Guanhua as its new executive director and chairman.

Most recently, Zhang has been serving as a director and general manager of Zhejiang Building Materials Group.
