Duquesne Family Office, the firm run by billionaire investor Stanley Druckenmiller, offloaded its stake in Alphabet Inc. $(GOOGL)$ $(GOOG)$ during the first quarter, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission released on Thursday.

Shares of U.S. airlines mostly struggled during the first quarter, which is the period that this latest filing covers.

As of the end of the first quarter, the firm's biggest position by dollar value was Natera Inc. $(NTRA)$, followed by longtime Duquesne holding Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. $(TEVA)$ The firm also added to its investment in Coupang Inc. $(CPNG)$, which now ranks among Duquesne's largest holdings.

The SEC requires all institutional investment managers that hold over $100 million in certain securities to disclose their positions via quarterly filings known as 13-Fs.

While these releases are widely followed by the investing public, they do have their limits. The disclosures only capture the size and composition of eligible investments on the final day of the quarter. They are also released with a moderate delay, meaning the disclosure might not offer an up-to-date picture of the portfolio.

Certain other investment positions, including short positions and venture-capital investments, are not required to be disclosed.
