Cerro de Pasco Resources Inc. announced plans to pursue a secondary listing of its shares on the Lima Stock Exchange (BVL) as part of its strategy to increase visibility among regional investors in Latin America. The primary listing will remain on the TSX Venture Exchange. Kallpa Securities SAB has been retained as the sponsor and advisor for the listing process. The application is expected to be filed within 30 days, with completion anticipated in two to three months, pending regulatory approvals.
