Avient Names CEO Khandpur Board Chairman

Avient President and Chief Executive Officer Ashish Khandpur was named chairman of the company's board of directors.

Khandpur succeeds Richard Fearon, who has served as chairman since December 2023. He will continue to serve as a director.

Before joining Avient in 2023 Khandpur worked at 3M. While there he was group president of the Transportation and Electronics Business Group, and also led the Electronics & Energy Business Group.

Khandpur is also on the board of Constellation Energy.

Avient provides thermoplastic compounds through its color, additives and inks and its specialty engineered materials segments.
