China Everbright Bank (HKG:6818) applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to list a $6 billion medium-term bond program, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The lender may issue bonds by way of debt issues to professional investors under the program for 12 months started Wednesday, May 14.
The listing will become effective Thursday, May 15.
