E79 Gold Mines (ASX:E79) said a large-scale geophysical review of the Laverton South gold project in Western Australia identified several drill targets, which will be tested imminently with air core drilling, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The newly identified targets cover geophysical anomalies close to known gold deposits. It also reprocessed several historic datasets after the discovery of a deposit at a neighboring project.
Its shares jumped 13% in recent trading on Thursday.
