Tan Hee Teck will retire as chief executive officer of Genting Singapore (SGX:G13), effective May 31, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The leisure, hospitality and integrated resorts developer has appointed Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay as acting CEO, effective June 1.

Shares of the company were down over 4% in recent trading.
