CapitaLand Investment Launches Program to Develop High Potential Talent

CapitaLand Investment's (SGX:9CI) lodging business unit, The Ascott, is launching a talent development initiative, Ascott Accelerate, the fast-track the development of talent into property leadership roles, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The program is part of the brand's global expansion which is expected to create more than 12,000 new jobs and 1,500 property leadership roles.

Ascott Accelerate will be complemented by an online digital learning platform which offer accessible learning opportunities.

Both initiatives are part of the company's Ascott Global Academy for Excellence program which is aimed at building a workforce that will help Ascott reach a target of more than SG$500 million in fee-related earnings by 2028.
