Trip.com's (HKG:9961) attributable net income slipped to 4.28 billion yuan in the first quarter from 4.31 billion yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share at the travel booking site decreased to 6.09 yuan from 6.38 yuan in the prior-year period. Analysts at Visible Alpha estimated EPS at 5.47 yuan.
Revenue grew 16% to 13.85 billion yuan from 11.92 billion yuan in the year-ago period. Visible Alpha analysts forecast revenue at 13.81 billion yuan.
