0857 ET - Tailwinds from shifts in the regulatory environment for the railroad industry should bring down costs for CSX, TD Cowen says in a research note after an investor dinner with the company. The analysts say CSX sees opportunity in reforming inspection rules that tie up a significant amount of resources.
