Caprice Resources (ASX:CRS) said it is conducting a phase three drilling program in order to test a number of previously unrecognized, high-grade, structurally controlled gold targets at the Island gold project in Western Australia, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
It decided to increase drill meters from 5,000 meters to 7,000 meters at the Vadrians and New Discovery targets due to previous drilling success along strike and at depth.
It also began a soil sampling program at the Cuddingwarra area and received a Section 31 entry permit for the West Arunta exploration tenements.
Its shares jumped 6% on market close.
