This acquisition aims to enhance Veea's market position in hybrid edge-cloud computing and communications by offering a more comprehensive solution with AI-driven cybersecurity and cloud-based data analytics. The move is expected to expand Veea's capabilities and global market presence. Helder Antunes, the current CEO of Crowdkeep, will join Veea's management team as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, bringing his extensive experience from Cisco Systems and the OpenFog Consortium to drive sales and marketing efforts.
