AT&T (T) said Monday that it is recommending shareholders to reject TRC Capital Investment's "mini-tender" offer.

TRC has offered to buy up to 4 million shares of AT&T at $26.38 per share, AT&T said.

The unsolicited offer expires on June 3, unless extended by TRC, AT&T said.
