Aeva Technologies (AEVA) said Monday it has been chosen by Airbus subsidiary Airbus UpNext to supply 4D LiDAR technology for the Optimate automation demonstrator.
The company said its LiDAR technology can deliver high-resolution data at up to 500 meters and enables automatic taxiing at airports on board Airbus UpNext Optimate project.
Shares of Aeva were down more than 3% in recent Monday premarket activity.
