May 20 - (The Insurer) - Everest Group has added Darryl Page as an independent, non-executive member of its board of directors.

Page has over 40 years of experience in the industry. Most recently, he served as division president of international personal lines at Chubb, focusing on the company’s international insurance expansion across Europe, Latin America and Asia.

Before Chubb, he held leadership roles at Allianz-owned Fireman's Fund and Allstate.

"(Page) brings a wealth of experience successfully scaling profitable insurance businesses through complex markets globally," said Everest chairman John Graf.

"In addition, his history of developing high performing, accretive cultures will be invaluable as Everest executes on its value creation strategies.”
