Emperor Watch and Jewellery Limited held its Annual General Meeting on 19 May 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were put forward. The re-election of Ms. Cindy Yeung, Mr. Leung Ho Cheong, Larry, and Ms. Fan Man Seung, Vanessa as Executive Directors was approved. The re-election of Mr. Liu Hing Hung, Mr. Law, Michael Ka Ming, and Ms. Lai Ka Fung, May as Independent Non-executive Directors was also approved. Additionally, the proposal to re-appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the auditor for the ensuing year was approved.
