Stealth Group Holdings (ASX:SGI) has appointed Matthew Green as chief financial officer, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Green was previously the CFO of Cirrus Networks, Tenix Australia, Macmahon Holdings, Worley Parsons, Smorgon Steel, and PwC, per the filing.
The company's shares fell nearly 6% in recent Monday trade.
