May 19 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Monday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.33%.

* CRANEWARE: Craneware CRW.L has not received a takeover proposal from Bain Capital, the British software licensing firm said on Friday, after the U.S. private equity firm expressed interest in buying the firm.

* BT: BT BT.L is in advanced talks to sell its 50% stake in British broadcaster TNT Sports to U.S. joint venture partner Warner Bros Discovery WBD.O, the Financial Times reported on Saturday.

* HARMONY ENERGY: The UK takeover panel said on Friday it had planned an auction for May 21 to conclude the sale of Harmony Energy Income Trust HEIT.L, after rival bidders failed to submit final offers for the British battery storage investment firm.

* UK PRICES: Asking prices for homes put up for sale in Britain have risen by the least for the late spring period since 2016, according to data published on Monday that added to signs of a slowdown in the country's housing market after a tax break ended in April.

* COMMODITIES: Oil prices were little changed on Monday, gold prices climbed, copper prices in London edged lower.

* British equities closed higher on Friday, as the recent de-escalation of the global tariff war supported risk appetite, while investors anticipate more trade agreements ahead.
