China Datang Corporation Renewable Power (HKG:1798) completed the public issue of 1 billion yuan of renewable corporate bonds on May 15, a May 16 Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The bonds have a basic term of three years and an issuing interest rate of 2.05%.
The firm will use proceeds from the issue to repay debt, replenish working capital, and project investment and operation, among other things.
