This agreement outlines the terms for continuing connected transactions between Party A Group and Party B Group. The company has set an annual cap of RMB53 million, based on procurement indications from potential customers. Prosper Construction Holdings is actively engaging with potential clients to expand its sales network and is in the process of devising a long-term business forecast. Any adjustments to the annual cap, due to increased customer demand, will align with the company's regulations and the Listing Rules. Notably, there have been no transactions between the two parties as of 17 April 2025.
