Amiyaki Tei (TYO:2753) said it will acquire Cu:DeTION, operator of 24 restaurant outlets in Kyoto, to make it a subsidiary.

The move marks the group's first entry into the Kyoto market and is aimed at expanding its Kansai footprint and boosting operational synergies, the filing said.

Cu:DeTION's brands include CHIFAJA yakiniku, Kyoto Ramen Takabashi, and Kyoto Dining MASAYOSHI.

Amiyaki Tei expects to benefit from shared kitchen infrastructure and standardized operations across the group, the filing said.
