Alibaba Pictures' (HKG:1060) attributable profit rose 28% to 363.6 million yuan in the fiscal year ended March 31 from 284.8 million yuan in the previous year, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Earnings per share at the motion picture company increased to 0.0123 yuan from 0.0103 yuan per share in fiscal 2024.

Revenue grew 33% to 6.70 billion yuan from 5.04 billion yuan in the previous fiscal year.

Shares closed 30% higher on Tuesday.
