Agilysys (AGYS) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted diluted earnings late Monday of $0.54 per share, up from $0.32 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.29.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $74.3 million, up from $62.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $71.4 million.

For fiscal 2026, the company expects revenue to be $308 million to $312 million. Analysts expect $318.8 million.

Shares of Agilysys were up nearly 5% in after-hours activity.
