More than 79% of Shell (SHEL) shareholders voted against a resolution Tuesday at the company's annual general meeting asking the oil major to disclose more information about how its forecasts for liquified natural gas demand, production, sales and new projects are consistent with the target of net-zero emissions by 2050, Bloomberg reported.
Shell did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
