China Tower Corporation Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 20 May 2025. The meeting included several proposals: the payment of the final dividend was approved, the appointment of Mr. Cheng Jianjun as a non-executive director was approved, and changes in the composition of board committees were approved. Mr. Cheng has been appointed as a member of the strategy and nomination committees.
