Iceni Gold (ASX:ICL) said it is conducting a 15,000-meter, 216-hole air core drilling campaign along the Guyer trend, within the 14 Mile Well Gold Project in Western Australia, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The campaign seeks to generate further targets for future reverse circulation and diamond drilling campaigns.

The campaign is expected to be completed this month, and initial results are expected in June, the filing said.

Iceni Gold's shares rose almost 2% in recent trading on Tuesday.
