Shen Yao (SGX:A78) secured a court order which prevented its creditor, Tomson, to initiate winding-up proceedings, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

Following the grant of order, the company has been informed that there will be no winding up proceedings against it until the finagling determination of an originating claim regarding a debt.
