On 19 May 2025, CICC Financial Trading Limited, an exempt principal trader connected with the Offeror, engaged in securities dealings involving the purchase and sale of 101,000 shares each in ordinary shares and other types of securities such as equity swaps. These transactions were conducted as part of the closing, flattening, or unwinding of proprietary positions following unsolicited client-driven dealings.
