Capital VC (HKG:2324) expects a net loss in the six months ended March 31, compared with a net profit a year prior, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The securities investor attributed the anticipated swing to loss mainly to the change in the performance of its assets held for trading from profit to loss.
