China Everbright Greentech (HKG:1257) unit China Everbright Greentech Management renewed a lease with On Land for the sub-tenancy of premises in Hong Kong for two years, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The new agreement, valid from May 18, 2025, to May 17, 2027, was signed as the previous contract expired.

The premises will continue to be used as the environmental protection services company's office in Hong Kong.

On Land is a unit of China Everbright Environment Group (HKG:0257), a controlling shareholder of China Everbright Greentech.
