Mineral Resources (ASX:MIN) appointed Deputy Chair of Brickworks (ASX:BKW) Malcolm Bundey as non-executive chair, effective July 1, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Bundey will succeed outgoing Chair James McClements and will also be appointed as non-executive director, effective immediately, the filing said.

The incoming chair will earn a remuneration of AU$750,000 per annum, the filing added.
